EdgeIQ does not operate as a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not facilitate the placement of bets, and does not provide guaranteed outcomes or financial advice.
Nothing on EdgeIQ constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. All analytics, grades, insights, and AI-generated content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial outcomes that result from them.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use EdgeIQ. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of EdgeIQ complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to sports betting.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from EdgeIQ. Scrape, resell, or redistribute odds data or any other content obtained through the Service. Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling activity. Share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure.
Odds data displayed on EdgeIQ is sourced from third-party providers and is provided "as is." Odds can change rapidly and may not reflect the most current lines at the time you view them. EdgeIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds data. Always verify odds directly with your sportsbook before placing a bet.
All content, features, and functionality of EdgeIQ (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the design and arrangement thereof) are owned by EdgeIQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to EdgeIQ (such as your bet history).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. EdgeIQ is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through sports betting.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any analytics, grades, or insights provided through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
EdgeIQ is committed to promoting responsible gambling.
